There is 12V at the stem where key plugs in and power going to the computer so this tells me the computer is not communicating or sending a signal. They said it might be the stem that the key plugs into went bad. I put a new battery in it and took it to the dealer to get a new key and have it programed and when the dealer hooked up there computer it just kept saying try again. I was going to get it back in the water this year. Well it has been sitting for a couple years in a garage and only has about 60hr on it.
